Football Time in Tennessee
Well today (Thursday) the day was devoted to FOOTBALL! Starting with the faculty encouraged to wear our new football shirts to everyone having a different schedule. The lovely young lady to the left is Chris Griffen. Probably can't tell but she is a hoot! Part of our duties today were to sell ticket at the gate. It was hot and we had not thought to bring our "sun-brellas" like we normally do,so Mrs Chris just adapted! Here are the teams on thefield! Looks a little big for middle school -but there you go..We played Sycamoreand beat the snot out of them~ Oh yes at tidbit for those who care...we have now had the 5th snake sighting sliding around the school... it is just a little bit worrisome!
Hi Liz, It is Jennifer from Pensacola! Carrie showed me your neat blog. i like her's too. Just wanted to say hello and i look forward to reading your blog. Jennifer :-)
What are you up to? I am a married woman who loves Connell Austin. He truly leaves me in a state of wonder most days. My husband also likes to keep me on my toes by challenging my thought processes but he always supports me in anything I seriously want to undertake.
About 13 years ago he made it possible for me to go and add a teaching certificate to my degree. That marks the spot when our lives really changed. Since then I have taught Art at Harpeth Middle School-the best School in the world! And...I have the best job at the school! Our administration, faculty, and staff are top notch, which makes the environment a rare and marvelous place to be. So wonderful, in fact I take on a 50 minute commute each way! Pray with me for gas prices to go down- won't you?
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and I love the truth of the Gospel.
Jewelry design and wire working is something that really drives my creativity! I like to think of it as the art of adornment, and who wouldn't be into that?
But enough about me...Please check out the 100 things you might not have known about me....
